Standard Rate
Our Services can be used anytime on an adhoc basis. Our Standard Rate is £25.00 per hour in increments of 15 minutes. There is a minimum charge of £10.00.
Normal office hours are Monday to Friday 9.00am - 5.30 pm
Packages
Please contact me to discuss setting up a package rate. Packages are totally flexible and offer a beneficial saving and priority over adhoc assignments.
For general administration services and social media management, I am happy to taylor the package to meet the specific requirements of each client.
In order to qualify for a package rate you will need to sign up for a minimum of 5 hours per month. Packages are invoiced a month in advance and one months notice is required to cancel the agreement.
For packages of 20 hours or more there is the added benefit of being able to carry over a maximum of 5 hours to the next month if necessary.
Urgent Out of Hours Work
There is an additional charge of £15.00 for all unexpected urgent work within office hours, this will be prioritised and completed by an agreed deadline.
All work completed outside of normal business hours will be charged at £30.00 per hour.
